【乐团简介】
苏州交响乐团
 2016年11月18日，由苏州市和苏州工业园区合力组建的苏州交响乐团正式成立。乐团由来自21个国家和地区的70多位优秀乐手组成，团员的平均年龄只有30岁，是一支真正意义上的年轻的职业交响乐团。作为新时代文体会展集团的全资子公司之一，三年多时间里，苏交已经发展成为了国内外具有影响力的交响乐团。
在音乐总监陈燮阳与首席指挥许忠的带领下，苏交策划并完成了兼顾古典音乐艺术与普及推广的音乐季。成立至今，苏交已与众多国内外一流艺术家合作演出，如罗伯特·阿巴多、丹尼尔·欧伦、克里斯蒂安·阿明、艾森巴赫、安妮-索菲·穆特、谭盾、李云迪、王健、刘诗昆、盛宗亮、和慧、杨光、夏维尔·梅赛特、吕思清、宁峰、秦立巍、杨雪霏等。
2019-2020乐季，苏交以“轻听古典﹒重彩人生”为主题，力邀英国著名指挥詹姆斯·贾德、中国古典吉他第一人杨雪霏、芝加哥交响乐团木管五重奏等名家大咖和顶级乐团助阵。此外，苏交于2019年10月13日举办了“我和我的祖国—千人交响音乐会”。四大交响乐团携手六大合唱团，以近千人的规模，共同奏响祝福祖国的华美乐章。
乐团成立以来，成功举办了国际音乐赛事，架起了苏州与世界文化的沟通桥梁。2017年由苏交主办的金鸡湖钢琴比赛，是苏交在发掘古典音乐未来之星道路上迈出的第一步。2018年苏交再接再厉，主办了苏州金鸡湖作曲比赛，征集作品来自全球39个国家和地区，开启了中西音乐文化交融的新篇章。
2017年苏交首度走出国门，于法国迪耶于兹、德国萨尔布吕肯成功演出。之后，分别前往上海大剧院、香港文化艺术中心、北京国家大剧院、新加坡滨海艺术中心、台北两厅院、东京三得利音乐厅、神户国际会馆等知名场馆演出。2019年2月8日，应中国常驻联合国代表团邀请，苏交于纽约联合国总部演出。这是联合国首次在新春时节举办音乐会，也是年轻的苏交凭借过硬综合实力向世界发声的体现。2019年7月，苏交随江苏省原创歌剧《拉贝日记》前往柏林国家歌剧院、汉堡易北爱乐音乐厅和维也纳罗纳赫剧院演出。
 苏州金鸡湖音乐厅是苏交的驻地，由当今世界最富声望的声学设计大师丰田泰久先生担纲声学设计。金鸡湖音乐厅不仅是苏交乐季演出、艺术教育、重大活动的绝佳场地，更是苏州新增的重要文化地标。
在促进传统苏州文化与西方交响乐艺术交流融合的同时，苏交将不忘服务大众、普及高雅艺术的建团初心，切实成为苏州的文化大使和艺术领军者。
SUZHOU SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA
Co-founded by the City of Suzhou and the Suzhou Industrial Park in 2016, the Suzhou Symphony Orchestra (SZS) has positioned itself as one of China’s most dynamic orchestras. Characterized by experience combined with youth, the musicians of the Suzhou Symphony Orchestra represent 21 countries and regions across four continents.
Under the stewardship of Music Director CHEN Xieyang and Chief Conductor XU Zhong, the Suzhou Symphony Orchestra has conceived daring, illuminating and entertaining programs that encompass a broad range of repertoire with stylistic diversity and technical rigor. Since its inception the orchestra has enjoyed prestigious collaboration with such musical luminaries as Roberto Abbado, Daniel Oren, Christoph Eschenbach, Christian Arming, Thomas Rösner, John Axelrod, Tan Dun, Bright Sheng, Anne-Sophie Mutter, Yundi Li, Jian Wang, He Hui, Guang Yang, Siqun Liu, Xavier de Maistre, Liwei Qin, Siqing Lv, Feng Ning, among others.
In the 2019-2020 season the SZS collaborates with James Judd, Xuefei Yang, among others. It will host several premier musical and cultural events from chamber music by the Chicago Symphony Orchestra Woodwind Quintet to large-scale concert Symphony of a Thousand at the Suzhou Olympic Centre as part of the 70th Anniversary celebration of the PRC. In just over two seasons the SZS has successfully staged international music competitions that promote artistic dialogue and discover stars of the future, as well as cutting-edge theater productions with creative partners such as the Shanghai Opera House and the Suzhou Ballet Theatre. In 2017 the SZS presented the Jinji Lake International Piano Competition, the first-ever musical event of international caliber in Suzhou, and in 2018 further pushed the boundaries of symphonic innovation by sponsoring the Jinji Lake International Composition Competition which attracted submissions by composers from over 39 countries.
2017 has taken the SZS to France and Germany, and to Hong Kong and Shanghai for a full agenda of opera and concerts. In 2018 the Orchestra shared its music with audiences in the National Centre for the Performing Arts in Beijing, Esplanade Concert Hall in Singapore, NTCH Concert Hall in Taipei, Suntory Hall in Tokyo and the Kobe International Hall. At the invitation of the Chinese Ambassador to the UN, the SZS gave the first-ever concert celebrating Chinese New Year hosted at the United Nations General Assembly Hall in February 2019. In collaboration with the Jiangsu Grand Theatre in their production of “Diary of John Rabe”, the SZS performed at the Staatsoper Berlin Unter den Linden, Hamburg Elbphilharmonie and Ronarcher Theater in Vienna.

From its home base – the Jinji Lake Concert Hall designed by world-class acoustician Yasuhisa Toyota, the SZS has proven itself a leader in organizing premier musical events and spearheading the education of classical music in Suzhou with fully implemented chamber music series and community engagement programs.
Determined to develop the appreciation of music from the root, the Suzhou Symphony Orchestra remains committed as a culture ambassador and a champion of the arts for Suzhou. 音乐总监
陈燮阳　
著名指挥家。从上海音乐学院毕业后，曾任上海芭蕾舞团管弦乐队常任指挥、中央歌剧院院长。1982年他应邀在美国阿思本音乐节指挥音乐节乐团，大获成功。1984年出任上海交响乐团团长，1986年被任命为上海交响乐团音乐总监，成为中国文化发展史上第一位文艺院团的总监。1985年以来，陈燮阳先后赴苏联、日本、意大利、美国、英国、瑞士、韩国、朝鲜、泰国、新加坡、澳大利亚、德国、丹麦、奥地利、法国、西班牙、俄罗斯等国家和港、澳、台地区，指挥本团或当地著名乐团举办音乐会，均受盛赞。1998年1月和1999年2月，陈燮阳率中央民族乐团赴奥地利、德国、丹麦，在世界著名的维也纳金色大厅和柏林爱乐大厅，以及其他城市音乐厅举办中国新年音乐会。2000年8月，他又率中央民族乐团赴美国参加“中华文化美国行”的巡回演出，其中包括在纽约著名的林肯艺术中心举办音乐会。他带领上海交响乐团2003年在美国11个城市的巡演、2004“中法文化年”的欧洲巡演，以及2007年维也纳金色大厅的音乐会，好评如潮。特别是2004年6月20日，为庆祝上海交响乐团建团125周年，由他指挥上交在柏林爱乐大厅举行的庆典音乐会，获得巨大成功。
陈燮阳指挥的小提琴协奏曲《梁祝》获得1989年中国唱片社颁发的金唱片奖，2008年荣获第六届中国金唱片奖评委会（指挥）特别奖，1987年起，他多次被选入英国剑桥国际传记中心出版的《世界名人录》。2002年，上海音乐出版社出版了由他指挥的《朱践耳交响曲集》系列唱片，2006年又出版了《朱践耳管弦乐曲集》、《吕其明管弦乐曲集》《贝多芬交响曲集》系列唱片。
陈燮阳现为苏州交响乐团音乐总监、上海交响乐团名誉音乐总监、中国国家交响乐团特邀指挥、第十届全国政协委员、上海市政协委员、国家一级指挥、上海音乐家协会副主席、中国音乐家协会理事和上海交响乐爱好者协会会长。

CHEN Xieyang　

Renowned conductor CHEN Xieyang is Honorary Music Director of Shanghai Symphony Orchestra and Principal Guest Conductor of China National Symphony Orchestra.

After graduating from the Shanghai Conservatory of Music, Chen was appointed resident conductor of the Shanghai Ballet Orchestra, and served as Director of the Central Opera House in Beijing. In 1982 Chen was invited to conduct the Aspen Festival Orchestra in the United States. Following his success there he was appointed the President of the Shanghai Symphony Orchestra.

In 1986 Chen became appointed Music Director of the Shanghai Symphony Orchestra – the first music director of any performing groups in Chinese history. During his tenure at the Shanghai Symphony Orchestra, he took the orchestra on an 11-city tour in the United States in 2003 and in the following year to Europe for the Sino-French Culture Year. On the occasion of the 125th Anniversary of Shanghai Symphony Orchestra, he conducted the orchestra in the Berlin Philharmonie to great acclaim.

He has conducted orchestras both in China and abroad, including the USA, Austria, Denmark, France, Germany, Great Britain, Italy, Russia, Spain, Switzerland, Japan, Korea, the DPRK, Thailand, Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. He has led the China National Symphony Orchestra on its tours in Austria, Denmark and Germany, as well as the “Chinese Culture in America” Festival at the Lincoln Center.  His concerts at the Großer Saal Musikverein of Vienna and the Lincoln Center of New York have won enormous successes.

Chen’s recording of the Butterfly Lovers Violin Concerto won the Gold Record prize in 1989. Since 1987 he has been listed in the Who’s Who in the World compiled by the Cambridge International Biographical Center in the United Kingdom.  Chen’s discography includes the “Complete Symphonies of Zhu Jian-er”, Compilation of “Zhu Jian-er’s Orchestral Works”, “Lv Qiming’s Orchestral Works” and “Complete Beethoven Symphonies”.

Chen is now a member of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference and the Shanghai Municipal Committee of the People’s Political Consultative Conference, vice chairman of the Shanghai Musicians’ Association, member of the Standing Committee of the China Musicians’ Association, and chairman of the Shanghai Symphonic Music Lovers’ Society. *本场演出可售座位数668座（防疫要求上座率50%，公开销售座位高于可售座位70%比例）
