Miss Lim Choo Li, a Singaporean, graduated from Dunman High School in 1990 and Hwa Chong Junior College in 1992 before leaving Singapore to pursue her Bachelor in Arts specializing in guzheng performance from renowned China Conservatory. China Beijing in 1993 under the bursary award from the Singapore National Arts Council and Lee foundation. Miss Lim began her arts education in Guzheng in 1987 under the tutelage of distinguish Singapore guzheng instructor Mr. Tan Chin Huat, Mr. Thum Soon Boon, Mr. Lian Rong Shi, the late Professor Mr. Qiu Da Cheng and Associate Professor Ms. Lin Ling. Currently, Miss Lim is the instructor and conductor of Nan Hua Primary guzheng ensemble, CHIJ St. Nicolas Girls’ School (primary) guzheng ensemble, Nanyang Girls’ School High guzheng ensemble, and National Junior College guzheng section, as well as a part-time lecturer of Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts and National Institute of Education. 新加坡人。自1987年开始学习古筝，先后向陈振发老师，谭春文老师，邱大成教授，林玲教授， 连荣史老师学艺，曾荣获许多奖项并也活跃于国内外的演出活动。1990年毕业于德明政府中学， 1992年毕业于华中初级学院。1993年获新加坡国家艺术理事会、李氏基金的赞助前往中国北京深造。 1998年毕业于中国音乐学院器乐系古筝演奏专业，成绩优异，获颁文学学士学位。现为全职古筝导师， 并任南洋理工大学教育学院及南洋艺术学院兼课讲师、南华小学古筝团、圣尼格拉女校（小学部）古筝团、 南洋女中古筝团及国家初级学院古筝组指挥。
